Welcome to Doubtless Bay Sportfishing Club

Doubtless Bay in the far north of New Zealand covers almost 100 square miles of reasonably-sheltered waters and has an abundance of fish species and shellfish. Extending from the Karikari Peninsula in the west to Berghans Point on the eastern side, inshore fish are accessible from either boat or land-based fishing. Just outside the bay is a healthy Marlin fishing area; less than 30 minutes from shore.

The Club runs three fishing contests during the year, has a total of three weigh stations in the area. plus affiliation to the New Zealand Sport Fishing Council.
